Q: Shipping international?
A: We apologise that, due to the complexity of international GST/VAT and import duties, at this time we can only accept orders destined for Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada orders.

For other shipping destinations we do list all our products on eBay and they can be found by searching for the Seller name ‘dekdaustralia‘ or click here. Unfortunately the prices on eBay will be higher than our own website due the eBay fees and likelihood of the GST/VAT charges and import duties that they may apply.

Q: How quickly can Dek D dispatch once ordered?
A: Express – within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Others – within 2 business days, however we always try to ship your order out as soon as possible.

Q: Local Pickup?
A: – Yes. We’re in Wollongong. Once you got the confirmation email from us (usually within 1 business day of order)
– Please pick up your order from the counter at Gwynneville LPO (Address: SHOP 3 186 GIPPS ROAD, Gwynneville NSW 2500)
– ‘Local pickup’ shipping method is available on the Checkout.
– Please check your Junk/ Spam folder of your mailbox in case you couldn’t find the confirmation email.

Q: What’s the fastest shipping method and how long will it take?
A: Australia Post Express is the quickest shipping but during Covid it might be delayed.
New South Wales: typically expect to receive within next business day.
Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania: typically 2-4 business days.
New Zealand: 6-11 business days.
Canada: 4-8 business days.
USA: 7-10 business days.

Q: Why I didn’t get any confirmation after I made a payment?
A: Please check your Junk/ Spam folder of your mailbox in case you couldn’t find the order confirmation from our system.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: We recommend you to choose ‘Tracking’ as a shipping method before you make a payment. Please click the following link and enter the tracking number we sent to your email: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Q: Lost item (s) during shipping?
A: If the shipping organisation agrees that the package is lost rather than delayed:
An Order with Tracking – Full refund.
An Untracked Order without tracking – The refund is excludes any shipping cost.

Q: Can you guarantee shipment by a specific date
A: We can only guarantee that we will submit the package to the shipping organisation within 2 business days, however we always strive to ship on the same day whenever possible. Once the package is with the shipping organisation we cannot be responsible for their delivery times.

Q: Can I sew on a patch?
A: Yes, a patch has a glue backing that will melt into another fabric when heat is applied by your household iron. Also it can be sewn on to more securely fasten to your fabric.
